CAiSE’15 is now concluded! The presentations, talks, and panel discussions were rich and engaging. DSV was buzzing with side-discussions and meetings between academics and practitioners. The organization went smoothly and practically problem-free. And we enjoyed a pleasant Swedish summer week with mild temperatures and sunny days.

The number of participants approached 300, divided into ~200 workshop participants and ~180 participants in the main conference (~100 participants attended the workshops days and the conference days).

The organizing team of CAiSE’15 thanks all the participants for helping make CAiSE’15 and the conjoint workshops a success, and hopes everyone enjoyed their visit to Stockholm.

As part of the Industrial Day activities in CAiSE’15, prominent practitioners from different industries are participating in a panel discussion that will focus on the evolution of digital transformation.

The panellists include:

• Nicholas Millman — who leads Big Data & Analytics Delivery for Accenture across Europe, Africa & Latin America
• Aleksandra “Saška” Mojsilović — who manages Data Science Group at the IBM T. J. Watson Research Center in Yorktown Heights, New York
• Kabilan Seenivasagan — who is the Business & Sales Director for Cloud & IP segment within Ericsson
• Elisabeth Stjernstoft — who acts presently as CIO of Apoteket AB; has been Chairman of the Board in Dataföreningen i Sverige, Stockholmskretsen; is founder and chairman of Mission Possible Sweden; and has worked as CIO of Bring Citymail Sweden AB

The time for the 27th International Conference on Advanced Information Systems Engineering is approaching. Final preparations are underway.
