Instructions for poster presentations
- The poster should preferably be of size A0, but at least A1.
- There are no layout specifications or templates from CAiSE. Please use the layouts of your own university/institution.
- There are no poster printing facilities at CAiSE, i.e. please bring your printed poster to Stockholm.
- Poster presentation at CAiSE Forum is scheduled for June 10 and will start at 13:45 (slight overlap with lunch) and continue until 15:45. During this time slot, you should plan to be present at your poster. Posters can be hung onto the panels starting from the beginning of the lunch break.
There are two options for demos.
a) Common room demonstration in Forum together with the posters:
- Please bring your own computer with the actual demo software and required equipment.
- It is possible (but not mandatory) to hang up a poster next to your demo.
- The poster should preferably be of size A0, but at least A1.

b) Separate session in a smaller room:
- Seminar rooms with projector and large screen are available.
- Please bring your own computer with the actual demo software and required equipment.
- It is possible to have the demo between 14:15 and 15:45 or between 16:15 and 17:45. The demo should not take more than 30 minutes, but can be repeated.
